if it were me i would ask him to bring me along. maybe have a dinner in a restaurant and make it a threesome. who knows. you may grow to like her and will be good friends. but him bringing you will show her his dedication to you. if he has a problem with it then ask why? i would call that respect for the person you intend to marry. would you go meet and old boyfriend with out him? even if you knew you would only be catching up and nothing would happen. if your answer is yes then let him go himself.......if its no.......then ask to go along. but not to her place. seems odd her wanting him to go to her place. get him in her territory........why? just odd to me. go neutral.........a nice restaurant

She better invite you along the way or we'll have a problem!! At least after you meet her you can get a feel of what kind of person she is, so when the next time he visits her alone, you should either trust him or not. As long as he always invites you and show he has nothing to hide, why not? Also if its an Ex from high school...I don't think thats a great idea, yea they said you should trust your partner, but who really trust their partners? Thats why guys always cheat because we women don't keep them close and let them run around doing whatever we want! This should only be up to you, you trust him then let him go if not then there you go!

If you were invited to go along, don't worry. Go or don't go but it's a good sign. If you were not invited, either GO anyway or Worry because you should. Guys get in trouble when left unsupervised with old girlfriends whose husbands are in Iraq.

offer to go with him. Depends on the type of guy he is, and what kind of friendship they used to have. Remind your guy, in a joking way, that her hubby is over there killing people. You gotta show some trust at some point, and you must have some if you are thinking about getting married.

Honestly, I think it is...especially if they haven't seen each other in so long. What's wrong with seeing an old friend? Now...more times than necessary...hell yeah, I would start to get worried...but forget about it for now. Good luck! ^_^

I was thinking the same thing but after it was all over it was me he loved and they were just friends. i had to trust him and it made me feel better that I was able to do so. Never put cheating past a man but look at your mans heart and his intentions and hopefully he wants you and only you. Good Luck

If you trust him let him go...if he breaks the trust dump him! I always believed in giving my man a chance to prove his trust. If he can't be trusted then you know you shouldn't marry him. I would definitely let him go, see what happens and if he's truly the "one". Best of luck!

if you trust him yes, just because her husband is away doesnt mean she wants to jump into bed with the first guy she meets old friend or otherwise
