I found out about half way into my relationship with my gf that she had liked this other guy and fooled around with him right before we started dating. I had asked her if she did anything with him and she lied and told me no several times. This guy thought she was gonna date him then she turns around and starts dating me. She goes to school with this guy and I'm worried something might happen again and she may cheat on me. I've talked to him and he pretty much hates her for what she did but I still feel unsure about it.

First of all, if she wasn't in a relationship with this guy when she started seeing you then she did nothing wrong. She must have had different feelings for you - after all she chose you over him. I don't think you have anything to worry about. It sounds like not only is she done with him but that he's done with her too. Unless there's more going on that would give you reasons to doubt her you should let it go.

Be happy she chose you dont ruin the relationship with what ifs! That is how relationships fail is lack of trust. You have to trust her. She did this before you started dating so you should not have anything to say about the situation. Just let it go.

she kinda left him for you.. how do you know she wont leave you for another guy? it doesnt sound like you trust her very well, which isnt good! take my advice. this girl doesnt know what she is doing!
