My brother's been bullied by one of his ex-friends. Apparently, this bully put glue on my little brother's bike seat (my brother's 12 and this bully is 13/14) and now, i somehow feel annoyed and i think this has played with my emotions. This bully passes by my house every Tuesday, and I think that tomorrow, I might go out there and shout at him... Should I? And if I should, what sort of things should I say to him?

PS I know I'm interfering, but this is my brother and I really care about him and just want to help because I know that because I'm a year older than this bully, I might be able to do something...

Is it on the way to school or after on the way home? Believe it or not the school is responsible for the kids before and after. Go to the school principal and tell him. They will contact the parents. Or let your parents talk to the school. You are a good sibling.
I don't really believe in fighting but my daughter did it when she was thirteen, and kicked a boys behind defending her 12 year old brother only if you have to.

Remember two wrongs does not make one write . Just talk to him nicely and tell him to leave your brother alone, or you will see a lawyer, and sue him for harassment.

Be prepare to follow through.

May be see a lawyer and have him send a notice to appear in court. to resolve this once and for all.

It is up to you and the brother.

well wot i think is u should make ur bro capable of handling such kind of situations..if he himself becomes strong and learns how to handle these type of people then no1 will dare to hurt him anyhow..i dont think so ur interference will prove to be any help instead it ll worsen the situation...now everything depends on ur bro how he takes care of these bullies..
