i wiegh 172 lbs, im 16 years old, and a male, im 6 foot tall, and also, is it better to eat protien befor a work out, or after? which is more effective?

eat protein first thing in the morning, after a work out & the last meal/snack of the day.

Well if you are trying to get mucsle, you should eat a lot. If not, just in the morning and afternoon
