Hey Gary,
Having a Personal Trainer is a grate idea. The cost ranges from £25 going all the way up to £80.
All this depends on the area you live in. e.g. Central London will have a higher cost for a PT then outer London.
A lot of people go into the gym with a positive attitude knowing what they want, many are not sure of how to reach that goal, some follow/copy others or act on what they hear or read.
If Fitness trainers/couches where a waste of money why would they be around/ athletes would not need them. Likes of Wayne Rooney/Steven Gerrard would train themselves right!!!
You would call a plumber if the pipes in your home started causing havoc,
If you wanted to learn to swim you would hire a swimming instructor
Or would you just Google it/ read up & copy what it says in an article. I’m sure you know what I’m getting at.
If being fit and health was as simple & easy as just making sure you are eating healthy and working out a MINIMUM of 3 times a week. Making sure you get some cardio in as well as strength training.
We would all have that body we always wanted/ that celebrity body & there would not be such an obesity problem round the UK & US!!!
What you do need to make sure of when you go for a personal trainer - that they are qualified & have a personality.
Ask them questions – (you would like to see there qualification if need be)
•Make sure they are registered with Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS).
•Important make sure you see there insurance to practice.
•Personal Training is not just a 1hour session of sweating it’s time spent on helping you understand/learn about your Fitness & Health, if the trainer does not explain to you why your doing those certain exercises – ask the trainer why your doing that particular exercise. Not every exercise/program works for everyone we are all different.
•After your free consultation, they should take you through certain tests depending on your goals.
•Set goals for you to achieve, explain & show you how you will achieve these goals
•They will tract your progress and after roughly 4 weeks they will present you with what you have achieved.
There is a lot of work put into you & you will only reap the benefits once you have yourself a decent personal trainer.
It’s a 1 hour session focused purely & only on you.
Make sure you do find a trainer you get on with and who will genuinely wants to work you towards your goal. (Get You Out of Your Comfort Zone.)
A bad experience will put you of having a trainer.
As you know quality does come at a price & even if it is only once a week least they have given you a Proper program tailed to your goal which you can follow and review/session with a Trainer to see how you are progressing, not a random 1 hour program written out by a fitness instructor provided by the gym.
Here are 2 site that should be of help.

A lot. Don't buy into it. It's a waste of money. Just make sure you are eating healthy and working out a MINIMUM of 3 times a week. Make sure you get some cardio in there as well as strength training. Some people think that a personal trainer is the way to go but it really isn't.

Average Gym rate will run you $45.00CAD per hour. The trainers actually make less than half of that, so some may be willing to work under the table for you at a "discounted" price.

I go to the local NETIME Fitness. I pay $25/hr for my personal trainer. I only go once a week. I can get spendy. Your best bet is to buy $25 worth of Fitness mags and tear out workouts and articles to keep you on track. Hope it works out for you.
P.S. My trainer never showed up so I no longer have one. I go to a local Kickboxing class once a week for $40, but still go to the gym in the mornings to get a little workout. ITS AWESOME!!!

maximum running shoes wont put in the artwork, till you sign some style of settlement, they wont take your be conscious on getting paid while you're thrilled along with your weight alleviation, they're going to prefer to be paid regardless. you are able to seek the internet for classes and diets if that's all you prefer and shop your self some funds, running shoes are there to teach you, write a private application for you based on your objectives by way of a questionnaire and physique fat diagnosis and to inspire you while you're workout on an identical time as teaching you on appropriate style. you won't be able to accomplish this by ability of email.
