Ask for both, and be very direct about it.

Most guys would like that, I think.

Well, I know I would.

I have nothing to go on aside from your one line, I have a feeling I may have missed a previous question, but in regards to trying to pick some guy up;
I suggest giving you *your* e-mail or number and flouncing away without a care in the world. When you know *you're* worth something (or at least act it very well) other people will want to know what sort of treasure you're hiding inside, if you get my drift. You've made the effort to get into contact, and if this person is worth the time, they'll put forth equal effort in doing the same now that you've given them the means.

Just don't sit by your desk biting your nails waiting for that call or message. Nothing's more pathetic... except for, like, baby squirell roadkill or something.
