hi i do believe in them i have had a few readings over the years and each of them i gave no indication to the psychic, or medium, i sat with a blank expression on my fcae giving nothing away. but after the reading evrything that they had told me had already happened in my past, or did actually come true in my future. i have been told things by mediums that only i could have known, and very secretive things. that would be had to guess from the average person. yes i have been told both the good things and the bad things that had either already happened or where going to happen, and did happen. so yes i do believe. i think you can get some that are fraud, but then that depends as to where you go to get that reading from them. but i would say in my experience that most of them are for real, and work hard to their work as psychics/mediums.

now that depends whether you ask the real psychics and mediums or the sceptics who will swear black is white if they dont agree with it
yes i am a medium and know wonderful people who work in this area
some are great .. some not so .. some take advantage .. some work hard at what they do
like anywhere there are all sorts
but you can find good ones if you look in the right places

Some are real and some are fake. I don't think their power is from the devil as I don't believe in the devil. I hear Christians condemn psychics and then go to church and hear a so called prophet and the so called prophet is further off on predictions than the psychics. But they say the psychic is evil and from the devil but their prophet is from God.

I just had to answer this question!
As a practicing psychic, I am the first to confess there are a number of frauds around.
When asked to explain my beliefs, I allow my 'gift ' to speak for itself.
Silly answers to this question, purporting to come from Christians, show a dismal lack of Bibical knowledge.
There are many passages in the New Testament referring to the use of spiritual forces.
As a devout Christian, as many who may have read my previous responses to questions will recognise, I am comfortable with my God-given gift, which I use only for the good of others.

Plenty of people in the Bible have what you'd think of as psychic abilities. The whole book of Revelations is a dream prophecy. Prophecy, speaking in tongues, faith healing...these are all described in the Bible.

Anyway, I'm not Christian, so I don't feel it has any moral gradient whatsoever. But I do believe that some abilities do exist...maybe not as many as some would like to think, but definitely some.

did a sociology paper on them and proved ( to myself ) that there was very little truth to the psychics and mediums I contacted with the same basic questions and after 10 years was still receiving mail from psychics I never contacted during the writing of this paper--

On TV? Psychics of Profit. Most of the one's I have seen on TV in their own shows I have serious doubts about. I'm leery of anyone who just comes right out and says "I'm Psychic". It's just like a Christian saying "I'm a Prophet".

I once visited a "spiritual adviser" and everything she told me was true, past and present. I know the Bible speaks against it and I do believe that the power can be used for evil. But what if the person is a believer in Jesus Christ and uses it for good, like to warn someone of impending evil?
