Ever since i saw the movie Super Size Me, i am getting sick of the whole McDonalds is evil commotion. Maybe these morons should stop , and think its the choices you make in eating fast food, not the fast food chain itself. I could see the point of Super Size Me about people eating fast food everyday. For one thing, the movie made me think twice about drinking soda.

i agree with you, if people can eat fast food but eat them moderately there would be no problem, and if they eat it every time maybe they shouldn't get the big cheeseburgers, but normally burgers (doesn't have to be small). and if you go there always don't always get the big fries get medium or small, and you soda should be diet (diet if you go there always). But it is healthy to eat fast food at least once a month or once every two months (it wont hurt if you cooked homemade meals).

I think fast food can be healthy, depending on the choices we make as far as portions and type. For instance, no one in their right mind should be getting a triple whopper. There ARE healthier choices to be made, especially now after that ludicrious movie put everyone in a tailspin. Also, a healthy lifestyle can be maintained with physical activity and keeping stress levels low. Moderation and sensiblity is always the key as far as I've always known. But then again, "healthy" is becoming more and more subjective.

I just want to ask why people insist on eating fast food? A large combo meal at any fast food location will cost 5 or more, which in one business week adds up to $25+ just for lunch. That amount in groceries can make enough sandwiches and buy enough snacks, and so on to feed a person for a week if budgeted properly. I know fast food saves time hence the word "fast" in the name, but you can find healthier options for near or just barely above $5 such as souper salad, etc.

I'm not sure if I were to label fast food healthy ever. The meals would never be balanced, because of the huge calorie amounts. I don't think that fast food is bad for you either. If you're not eating it everyday then it's fine.

Actually, a woman did a counter-Super-Size-Me movie. I wish I could remember what it's called, so that I could send you a link.

She spent a month eating nothing but fast-foods, but making intelligent selections. I believe she actually lost weight.

I personally like to eat out once in awhile and to make up for it I try to eat friuts more and one soda a day to keep me going of my day or to try to drink tea or lenonade and to chill me down a beer or glass of wine before I go to bed.Good luck to you of what you decide.
