First. Slimfast is all about counting calories. If you really want to lose weight count your a calories. You should eat half to 3/4 of the recommend daily value.
second. I hate to exercise and I have found a video that I love. It is called Cardio Dance Blast by Crunch. I found it on amazon for cheap. I have attached the link to it. It is great cause you dance for like 30-40 minutes but you don't feel like you are exercising because you are learning six different dances and then doing them.

Any low calorie, low saturated fat diet that is also high in lean protein and good carbs will help you lose weight as long as you are consuming fewer calories than you are using throughout the day. That means, for most people, exercise! Anything that gets your heart rate up and is something you can do daily will work. How about always taking the stairs instead of the elevator or parking in the farthest spot from the store your going to or simply walking around the block few times after dinner. Your excercise plan can successfully be divided into 3 smaller 10-15 minute increments a day and you'll still see results. Start slow so that you don't burn out early and end up quiting in a few weeks. Once you establish excercise as a daily part of your life, you can move onto finding activities that interest you - whether it be hiking, tennis, running, team sports, dance, etc. Slimfast is a good way to jump start your diet but is not a long-term solution. What you really need to do when you reach your goal weight (or before, preferably) is change your eating habits and your lifestyle. While it's certainly not true that you will gain weight "twice as fast" as before you dieted, if you go right back to your old eating habits you will surely gain some if not all of the weight back eventually. Losing weight and keeping it off requires a significant lifestyle change (both diet and excercise). It sounds like you are starting off on the right foot so good luck and I hope you can stick to it.

Slimfast is the only thing that has ever worked for me. What I do is eat healthy during the day - normal breakfast (yogurt or cereal), snack, healthy lunch, afternoon snack and then I only have Slimfast for dinner. You'll go to bed a little hungry, but when you only have Slimfast once a day it's possible to do it for awhile. You want to eat less and less calories as the day goes on so this works great. Of course, I also exercise. I can see some results in one week and great results in two weeks as long as I'm good. Good Luck!

There are lots of things wrong with what you are doing. But to be sure. You must have checked your weight before and weight after a week. If you see that you are loosing weight you are OK. But you are snacking too much. What I mean is too many calories for snack. Snack should be some thing that should not add calories. You need vegitables and fruit to be a part of your daily food intake. Not as a part of snack. The total number of calories you take should be between 1500 to 2000 calories and that should be for your life time. Not for a week or or a month or two.
But it does not mean you should starve. You can take raw vegetables for snacking. Like Lettuce, Cauliflower, Carrots, Brocolli for snacking but raw. Raw food does not get metabolized as completely. So You'll not add calories. at least that is what I think. Try it for a week or two. If it adds weight stop. But I don't think it will add weight. But you can't add dressing or use dips and the stuff like that. These things are better than the stomach filling Diet Pills. This will also enable you to continue the regiment for your life time. So there will be no chance for weight gain after the diet period. There should be no limited diet period. It should be the life style.

Dieting is tricky it requires you change your whole approach to eating. This is why most fail and why weight is so rapidly gained after going on a programed diet such as slimfast. It is far better to change your approach than buy food supplements. There are lots of resources about proper diet like Helpguide: http://www.helpguide.org/life/healthy_eating_diet.htm and Women's health.gov: http://www.4woman.gov/faq/diet.htm A balance of low fat, high fiber, protein and vegetables is essential. Once you learn to eat right your dieting days are over. Remember you didn't gain the weight over night and you can't expect it to disappear over night. Exercise is important too but go slow and do what you can maintain. Like start by walking around the block and when that's easy move up to 2 and so on-fitness centers are more than happy to take your money but statistically most people stop using the centers after 3 months wasting thousands of dollars in dues you don't need to pay. If you like yoga or Pilate's buy a DVD and set time aside at home or with a friend 3x a week - keep it simple and you will succeed.

Double edge sword there, if slimfast works, they wouldn't sell anymore. If some drink, shake, cookie, light, lean whatever worked, people would lose the weight and not buy anymore, that's bad business.
But if it works with exercise, and 3 meals a day, whats the point in buying it.
Walking,Jogging,Fast Walking, Stair Climbing, Swimming and stuff is exercises.
You have to work for it to work.

Exersise is and has always been the key for me. I like slim fast as I can throw three or four in my bag and drink them when an urge to snack hits. after a while you will also find if you do fall off you diet temporaraly you cannot eat a much, because your body is used to small multiple feedings
