i dont add anything as it dont let the eggs cook properly i just lift the eggs in the pan and keep doing this until i get the eggs the way i want themthey come out in nice large pieces and not the mixed around in the pan and make me tough eggs.....and if you add liquid that has to be cooked away before the eggs start to cook...salt takes the miosture out of the eggs..its the same as a omelet you just gently pull the eggs back and let liquid go in place the gentler you work with the egg the tenderer they will be....

Yes I add milk to stretch the eggs. I also add butter, cheese, pepper or whatever spices I want at the time.
I make scrambled eggs for brunch on Sunday mornings that have green bell pepper, onions, mushrooms, pepperoni, black olives, cheese. Sometimes make them into omelets too.'

No, however I do spread butter all over the pan and let it melt before putting the eggs on there. What I think is really good though is if you fry bacon and then scramble eggs in the pan you used to fry the bacon with.

I add a little milk and seasonings to the eggs before whipping them and putting them in the skillet.

Yes I do - to make them fluffier. The best is real cream, but I use is so little, it goes bad before I finish it.
I also add a little white pepper for additional flavor.

depends what mood I am in. If I really want a thick scrambled, I won't, and I will also add cheese and a dab of oil.

Yes. Just a dab. Water works, too.
I also add salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese.

I do, but only because I like mine soft. Milk softens the finished product.
