i am too cool and i'm somewhat antisocial to some extent. i know girls like guys that are very confident & extroverted.There is something that compels me to back off as i try to interact with girls (fear of rejection). Pls, i need concrete suggestions on how to become extroverted & confident around girls. thanks

First off it is just a state of mind. Try liquor first that always gets things going. Then talk to every girl you see. not just the pretty ones, every one whether you know them or not, just to get use to talking to women. That will help with the anxiety. As for how to communicate successfully that will be $159.99 please.

Just be yourself and don't act overly confident or try to hard cause then you'll look like an A**

just try to stay in your comfort zone and expand it a little at a time but dont be too confident expose a little to the girl once they get to know you
