Pour a small amount of vinegar in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for a minute or so. Vinegar is a natural deoderizer and the vinegar smell dissipates quickly.'

The one person who's answer mentions a lemon is close but no banana?
Take a small micro safe bowl, pour in anywhere from 1/4C to 1/2C water, squeeze some lemon juice into this, at least a couple TBSP's.
The steam from the water, helps to release the odors and the lemon helps to freshen it !
Works GREAT, give it a try!

Peel a lemon. twist the peel so you release the essential oils. Wipe down the entire inside of the oven with the peel and let dry with the door open. Let stand 10 minutes the wipe out the entire oven with a mixture of 1 quart water and 2 tablespoons of baking soda. Let dry and it's good as new. This method always works for me. Good Luck.

The easiest way is what I did today at work. I set an open box of baking soda in it.
