hi my bedroom is currently pink. by pink i mean the wall is painted pink, my furniture touched with pink and so on. now i really wanna give my room a totally new look since i spend a lot of time in it. do ya'll think blue is just for boys ??? i can picture my room painted in blue ( not dark blue) what ya'll think ? thank you

Blue would be beautiful for a females room. It can still be decorted to be very femine or a more modern look. Nice crisp whites would cheer it up alot!

Blue is a great color. It's bold and makes a big statement. Another great thing about blue is that you can combine it with so many other pretty colors. For example: you could paint your walls blue and have your bed spread green or purple. Add colored accesories or even furniture to accent the walls and tie it all in together. Blue is a nice color for a bedroom. Are you going to change the furniture too?Even if you don't the pink accents will go with the blue.My favorite color for a bedroom is a pale green, you can make it classy or plain---Blue in the turquoise shade is great.

My bedroom is blue and I find it very cozy and soothing. When it was white it always felt cold and stark. Blue is a good color to help promote restful sleep.
