What is an acceptable standard for errors in medical transciotion reports?

there is no standard, some errors are minor but proof reading is necessary to avoid critical errors, good luck

There should be NO erors in a medical report. Proofreading goes a long way toward accomplishing this. Sometimes though it is the doctor's error anmd the transcriptionist can only draw it to their attention to fix.
