That is a very good question I think it is because they aren't happy with their selves and the way they look and the only way to make themselves feel better is to down someone else which isn't the right way to go if everyone took Jesus counsel in the bible and treated everyone as their selves then the world would be a much better place

because the person making fun of another has low self esteem and feels better knwoing that other people feel bad too.

because this is an imperfect world, and therefore people feel haterd against eachother.
or some people might just be really, really silly and immature so they don't get the point that teasing is actually bad, so they do it for the fun of it.

cause some people are very mean or they are just trying to get attention or they just think they feel better when they put you down and they think they are better than you

here is what i think that they are jealous that they can not do the things you can do and they are just plain ignorant i had to learn to just ignore them as my mom says their parents did not raise them the right way
