It relies upon on your fiance, if she is an undemanding female like me then i could say do what she could regularly decide to do, for example cuddle on the settee or in mattress and then bypass get something and then as you come back back rather of sitting down get on one knee and ask her to marry you yet another theory is to make her dinner and dim the lights fixtures and function a effective candle easy dinner and advise to her formerly dessert or each and every time if she likes massive issues then deliver her on a treasure hunt supply her little clues you're able to be able to make it ordinary by way of holding it and around the domicile or you're able to be able to make her bypass around the city and end at places that are significant to you 2 and be on the final place with flowers and on one knee with the hoop and you have gotten the two only you there or an excellent form of folk and make it a occasion in ordinary terms some innovations to get the juices flowing

Tintern - on the River Wye and Matlock Bath in the Peak District, don't ask me why but they are two of the most romatnic places to which I have ever been.
Both in beautiful surroundings with rivers well to be honest Matlock Bath is more fascinating than beautiful with it's warm springs.
Bath is another place which is absolutely stunning and full of the most beautiful buildings.

Bed is the most romantic place you will ever find, it don't matter where it's located. chuckles.
Being a bit more serious, surely you have some idea of what she wants if u know her well enough to take her for a dirty weekend.
Ooops sorry that slipped past the censor.

Try Brighton. Hotels are mostly seafront adjacent and reasonably priced (although most require two night stay minimum for weekends). Beach at midnight, great clubs and pubs, quirky shops, good restaurants. Just had a great weekend there with my boyfriend, even though we didn't leave our room that much! ;)

why not try a hotel or b&b
just hop in the car get to the end of the street and ask her to pick a direction, take it in turn to pick every time the reach a junction.
Then stop off where ever you end up.
After all it doesn't really matter where you go as long as your together and away from everyday chores it'll be great.

I guess it would very much depend on what you would call romantic. For me, fly to Plymouth and a hire car to the Lizard works.
