I mix the cinnamon in with the egg mixture along with vanilla, but that's just me. You can put it on after it's done or sprinkle it before you flip it. So, yes, most people I know use cinnamon on French Toast.

Depends -- sometimes I add sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla to my egg batter -- but usually I just use milk and egg. Then top it with butter and powdered sugar -- yummy!

Growing up my mom never added cinnamon though.

yes, often. also a splash of fresh orange juice, vanilla extract, and nutmeg can also be used. another tip: let the bread dry out overnight before making the french toast, it will be much less soggy.

It all depends on who is making it. As for myself, I like to add cinnamon sugar to mine. Nice sweet, tasty treat.

some does yes....others dont, all depends on your choice :) i like it better with cinnamon on it....i always mix it into the batter before i put the bread in the pan.

DUH !

People think that the "French Toast" at Denny's or IHOP is the real thing. That's just "Egg Bread".

Real French Toast had egg, vanilla, cinnamon, sugar and butter.
