I'd say your chances are pretty good, if they indeed tied. I think the female's age is the more appropriate one. The male may or may not be able to reproduce at that age, but if they tied, he was able. A female should be at least 1 year old before being bred for her own safety. Just watch her closely at her due date.

in basic terms breed your canines once you’ve performed all here: a million. canines are registered in AKC and bred to the comparable breed. 2. canines are a minimum of two yrs old and not over 6 yrs old and been examined for all genetic issues in the breed. 3. canines have been shown to championship or working titles. 4. you have written permission from the breeder to reproduce your canines. otherwise call your vet the next day and spay/neuter your canines now.

its totaly possible but most dogs dont hit puberty till at least 7 months old and you will ruine a female dog by getting her pregnant her first heat your best off waiting till second or third heat before breeding her
