If the student is over 18, and there is no chance that they will ever be a student of that teacher again, then there are no legal or ethical problems with it. If the student is still enrolled at the same school, I wouldn't recommend it.
But a lot of other factors - the teacher's age, the size of the school/college, other connections - could make the situation if not wrong, at least "not right." So depends.

no as long as the ex student is really over the age of 18 and didn't have any secret relations with the teacher while he/she was still a student under the age of 18 because the teacher could still get in trouble.

There is nothing wrong with it as long as they did not start dating until after the ex student graduated.

It's a little odd, perhaps, though I don't know the situation. I'd say it's ok though if they're over 18 and not a student anymore. No problems there, as far as I see.

Absolutely not. As long as they both know that they are knowingly doing it. Keep in mind that some people will say something in public about ur relationship! But b prepared to ignore it!

I think that it's ok as long as it really is an ex student.

It depends, it could really hurt that teachers career, he will be looked down upon by co-workers. But if the love is true then it could work.

its hard to tell what is the age difference and are you still at the same school?? if you are still at the same school then YES absolutely. he could get fired..
If there is more than 5 years between you and you are not at the same school then yes.
If there is less than 5 years between you and you NOT at the same school then no.
