Sounds like something that only a doctor can solve. It may be a little touch of heart problem, a virus?.Whatever it is, dont second guess the seriousness.
Get a friend to come with you, describe the symptoms exactly like you told us.

hey not eating for 3 days is a real madness, and truly its not & never the way of loosing your weight , rather its make ur body so weak tht u couldn't do vigorous exercises, process of fat deposition is increased after starving for 2-3 days, ur daily activities get reduced when u r weak ( e.g talking, hanging out here n there, doing work in home, exercising all these activities requires some calories exactly how many i do no but try checking some sites they have givine all, even in sitting position for 1-2 hour u loose 150 calories approx.) so u end up with weight gain rather than weight loss!!! women loose more blood during her periods so they need a very balanced diet during dis days n u didn't ate any think tht d reason u fell so seek at this moment ur body might be crying for having vitamins and iron and carbohydrates. so i suggest u should have a good multivitamin capsules 1 cap a day, + either [food that is rich in iron(chicken liver n green leafy vegetables, Beet salad) + iron absorption enhances(Orange juice, strawberry's and grapes, then tomato juice n white wine n meat/fish ) plz have coconut waterat least 2wice a day for 2-3 days which is a good source of all minerals. don take for at least 1 week avoid strictly = whole grain, coffee, tea, red wine, soy products.Coz these acts as a iron absorption inhibitors. n dont just sit on ur bed try to have small walk after 1-2 hrs sit in garden in some fresh air where u will get ample of oxygen. which helps to increase process of formation of hemoglobin, do this much n u dont need a physician, this will recover u in just 2-3 days so guess u can enjoy ur bday!!! n do have regular checkup of hemoglobin levels coz women requires more haem than men if u find ur hemoglobin leves below 11 then its a indicator tht u r goin to feel seek . n dond do such a stupid thing lk u did not eating for 3 days hav advice of physician or others before doin these thing.

When I was about your age I had the same thing. They did about a million tests before they found out what it was. Mine ended up being mitral valve prolapse (It's where a valve in your heart leaks) It's really common in women and I was told usually starts having some form of symptom in the teenage years. You really need to go to the dr. If it is something like that you need to know asap. (You have to medicate before dental work, surgeries etc or if you get in an accident) It also has to be monitored even though there aren't meds for it. Good luck and feel better!

Go see a doctor. You may have an over active thyroid or something like that. A simple test will confirm the reason for you not feeling well. If it is an over active thyroid, dont worry it's really easy to sort out. Go see a doctor.

It sounds like you may be having Anxiety attacks, much like a panic attack. Are you especially worried about anything? I have these attacks all the time. Dizziness also increases with out food, or if its Anxiety you will feel that, also. Ask your mom or dad to take you to a psycholigist, or a medical doctor. They will be able to tell you what is going on for sure. I have them, and these symptoms youre showing are identical to mine.

1. panic disorder
2. diabetes
Maybe some other things going on. You didn't mention taking stimulant drugs but that would likely be number three.
SEE A DOCTOR!!!!!!!
God bless you.

Go to the doctor. It might be something as simple as a nasty flu bug, but it could be something way more serious.

You may have a thyroid problem. Have your folks take to your family doc and have him/her check your thyroid. Also, if you have heavy periods you might also ask your doc if you may be anemic. Perhaps, you need to take iron tablets?
