Get enough good sleep. An early morning work out, enough to work up a sweat and get the ticker pumping and then nothing sluggish to eat. A bagel, toasted with All-fruit spread and a glass of pure orange juice Then a hot shower. Lite lunch(salad, an apple or sub) with a brisk walk around where you work. Remember to get deep breaths of air. Oxygen in the blood increases the blood flow to the brain. Keep busy and a healthy supper and a little activity after. Remember deep breaths! You should notice a boost in the am with a regimine like that. You can also "Flintsone Up"~ multivitamin is a good call!

I take caffeine pills. One has the same as 2 cups of coffee. They're called JetAlert, and I buy them at WalMart for about 4 bucks/90 pills
I hate coffee & tea, and soda is yucky in the a.m., so I've taken them for years.

Actually I like Postum it is a hot wheat beverage and really wakes you up. Try orange juice or cranberry juice they are high in vitamin C a natural energy booster. Then of course there is the southern favorite Chicory and the new Soycoffee. There are lots of options if you are cutting back on caffeine. Good Luck!
