Strange my mate does the same and even more so when the sun comes out after being behind clouds or something. I was told that it is a physiological response linked to the brain and is a proper issue for certain people becuase they have either an underdeveloped or overdeveloped something in their physiological makeup which is affected by both those things. Sorry can't remember any more.
