Not too sure about Bickfords or IHOP, but a variation that I had recently was really good. They used cinnamon raisin bread.
Take a couple of eggs and whip them up with a fork, add a splash of milk and a dash of cinnamon. Heat pan on stove with butter. When the butter is melted, dip bread into egg mixture and flip to coat both sides. Fry in pan until both sides are golden brown.

The pancakes are super, dont' get me incorrect... however the crepes are scrumptious. you additionally could make pancakes at homestead, good crepes are harder to return via! I have been given certainly one of those meal issues that got here with pancakes, eggs, and sausage and William Maxwell Aitken. i do no longer consume meat, so I asked to alter the beef for the strawberry banana crepes and that they enable me. It is called Texas Toast. It is thickly sliced and I think Merita makes it but i'm not 100% sure. You can also make garlic bread with it.
