I hear it over and over again Perhaps I misunderstand. But I hear it and it automatically points to one group of people being superior to or better than any other group. And God created us ALL. An all-knowing, all-powerful, all-loving God would not leave ME or an other non-Jew out of His "Chosen." If there is really a God, he would not do this, to me, or any other non-Jew.

huumm. You make a lot of assumptions..
You tell me:
"you are miffed is because you're a little confused. Sorry, but the bible says the Jews were, are, will always be, the "chosen" people of God."
However, let me make it perfectly clear that I am not at all "miffed." I merely stated how I felt.
And I am TRULY sorry,l but I will never accept that "Jews will, are, will always be" the "Chosen"
UNLESS we were all Jews at the time HE made this prejudicial proclamation!
So, you may as well accept that people, especially young people, are NOT believing everything as it is outlined in the Bible.
All right?

Well the reason you are miffed is because you're a little confused. Sorry, but the bible says the Jews were, are, will always be, the "chosen" people of God. That being said, a gentile, who has faith in Jesus Christ, is "grafted into the vine", and also becomes one of God's.
Jewish people do not have a special "dispensation"....if they do not believe in Christ as their Messiah, which most do not, they aren't saved either. After the fulness of the gentiles has come in....a time in which we are now living....God will deal with the Jews, once again.
So, Jew or gentile, if you reject Jesus Christ, that person will be lost forever. Please forgive if I cause offense, but I hope you would rather know the truth about this.

Everybody thinks of themselves as chosen. I'm Jewish, but most Christians seem to feel more chosen than I do. (I don't think of myself as chosen by God or anything like that. One reason for this is that only bad things happen when one group feels superior to another, as shown by the Holocaust, slavery, etc.) Christians accept the idea that one must be a Christian to go to heaven. Being able to go to heaven is being chosen. Therefore, Christians, based on their beliefs, are just as chosen as Jews are according to their beliefs.
Short answer: Most people see themselves as "chosen." The rest don't care whether they are or not.

Welp. It started with the HEBREWS as being the chosen ones. Then they messed it all up. In the new testament you can find that the Jews mostly refused to believe what Jesus had to say and then the Jews rallied up and crucified Jesus. That is not to say that ALL the Jews did that, cause Jesus was a jew in origin. Anyways. First to the Jews and then the gentiles. NOW IT'S TO ALL cause Jesus said go to ALL NATIONS and baptized them in the name of the father, the son, and the holy spirit... (Matthew 28:18)

i'm able to kinda see why Jews are seen a race. changing to become a Jew takes an prolonged time, and that is tough to additionally be conventional into the conversion technique to commence with. So as quickly as you exchange, you're inspired to marry yet another Jew (because of fact in case you do no longer you're appeared down on). in case you do marry a non-Jew, that individual will in all probability convert to Judaism. as quickly as a individual converts, they are no longer seen a Jew till they are 5 generations into it (or so i've got heard it pronounced from a Jew). So because of fact of that, that is quite an unique team. you may no longer convert to being black or white, you marry somebody of that race and your infants progressively become a factor of that race (or the two races). as far because of fact the Hindu race is going, it quite is the 1st time i've got heard of it stated it as such. that is basically a fashion of existence, there is not any technique for turning into it or something. you basically commence residing it. Sanatana Dharma (as that is properly-known to us Hindopolians) is a determination of traditions that originated interior the section under the Himalaya mountains, so because of fact of that collective nature it can not be unique.

Many are called but few are chosen. It depends on your heart response to Jesus Christ. Both Jew and Gentile are referred to as "one new man" in the Bible, united by faith in their common Messiah.
