Satanism...I don't think it's so much lies, as it is misinformation and a fear of checking out the facts.
I'd imagine a good part of it is leftovers from medieval accusations of heresy, along with the Satanic fear craze from the 80's (all of which was proven false).
Interestingly enough, the only documented human sacrifices in North America were by a fringe cult that claimed to be Christian.

Please don't fool yourself, I have experienced Satanism first hand. My advice to you is get out while you can, you obviously have no idea what your getting yourself into.
EDIT: Seriously??? There are kids on this site, Satanism is a serious and devious cult. Most teenagers experiment with everything these days.. Would you tell your son/daughter these lies your spreading?
