Why do people like to pass multiple vehicles at once?

i mean its very unsafe to do so....trying to get around 3 at once could lead to a crash...because you don't know when a car will becoming

When I pass multiple cars it is usually because the cars are driving too close together and I can't pull in between them safely. Although sometimes I just like to test how many I can pass at once. But I drive a fast car so I can get around the other cars if I have to!

I agree with gangsters. The people are too close together. Did you ever go on a trail ride with horses. The horse you ride will never leave the tail of the horse in front. People are like trail horses. It is too funny. If the car in front drives over a cliff the people behind him would probably follow. They are too afraid to pass. Lead, follow or get out of the way. Which do you do?

I think after they get past the first slow one they realize that it is slow because of the two little old ladies driving ahead of that one. So they are tempted to get ahead of that entire crowd. Unless they are lucky they are not going to make it. Then those little old ladies will tell their friends that they saw this terrible accident where a wild kid tried to pass everyone at once and it was good they were going slow or they would have been killed too.

Nonesense. If you don't know if a car is coming you shouldn't be passing at all. Otherwise, the guy up front is the one holding up the parade, it doesn't do much good to pass and stay behind him.

If the view of the road ahead is clear, there's nothing wrong with it. Only an idiot would pass without a clear view of the road ahead. But there are PLENTY of them out there...

If you have already passed ONE car and can see that the coast is clear, what's the point of going back into the lane and back out again to pass ANOTHER car?
