Certainly not. Mark my words, but if it is allowed to continue, some male terrorists will do their damage dressed in black with veils. It is asking for trouble.................

I'm a Muslim, in Islam the face should be uncovered, only the hair should be covered, in the old days only very beautiful women used to cover their faces, but it is not obligatory at all, but these days woman from some Muslim countries cover their faces as a tradition not for the religion itself.
I think that the face should not be covered, if the woman is covering her hair and wearing what Islam is asking her to then there is no need to cover the face.

I personally do not agree with having to cover your face, it is a rule that was made by muslims so as not to "tempt" men. I do not see the point of this but if a woman chooses to do so then it is her right, just as if a muslim woman chooses NOT to cover her face it is also her right.

How do we know that Osama Bin Laden (or some of his cronies) is not walking round the streets of London or any other city dressed as a face covered, Muslim woman?

In Islam , scholars are having two opinions. Both of them are strong opinions.

One is saying she should cover all the face. The Other, is saying it is OK to show the face.

Both opinions are prohibiting showing the woman hair to men other than the husband and relatives (Maharem).

Telling them they're NOT allowed to cover their face would be just as bad as telling them hey HAVE to cover their face, wouldn't it?

They should be able to do whatever they want to do when it comes to wearing a veil. I certainly don't think they should be compelled to wear anything that makes them feel uncomfortable or insignificant.

Why not, I have seen women of all races and religions that would benefit from a veil. Some men too. In fact some of them should just put on a couple of bags to keep the rest of us safe.
