The anti algae u can do with barley straw.Look in pet supplies the Internet. I used in the Church Baptistery and it is great. For the anti bacterial get a swimming pool test kit and add chlorine to about 3 parts per million. If it smells a little put a little lemon juice in your water it will flash off the chlorine and taste much better.
