There may not be a law on the number of animals you have, but there are certainly leash laws.... Call the Humane Society or the ASPCA and ask them to come out. If they have so maby animals then chances are they're not taking care of them.

either check on line for your county animal control regulations or call their office and file a complaint. I love animals, but no one can properly care for that many and I am sure it is against the law where you live. You might also refer to your local police or sheriffs office and see what information they can provide. The local humane society should also be able to give you some good places to find the information you seek

If the animals are just running loose and in danger of getting hit by a car, or simply not being cared for properly, then definitely call your local animal control and report these people. If they aren't doing any thing wrong and the dogs and cats are truly cared for properly, nothing will happen to them, but better to be safe about it I say.

Call city hall and ask them what the law is. They may refer you to the Animal Control people in your town. Outside the city limits, there may be no laws. File a complaint with SPCA for animal hoarding, abuse or something that you feel they are doing to endanger the animals.

contact the local sheriff's office or county animal control. I'm betting there are few laws governing rural areas where animals fall under agriculture.

Contact your local Animal Control. They will have lists regarding each county. If the animals are neglected, call the ASPCA.

I doubt there are going to be many restrictions on how many animals can be owned, but if any of them are not being well cared for, the ASPCA could help you file some kind of order against them.
