i dont wanna pay alot of money each month for the cat to be in my apt. im allowed to have cats but with a few each month and i can afford that fee

go to your local humane society or aspca. they don't require home checks. They just talk to you and get a feel for weather you will be a good per parent or not. They care for the animals but also know that any home is usually better than no home or eithenizatoin. You can also check you local paper, often people will give cats away free when their cat has kittens. I have rescued all of my pets and I love them all.

Why don't you wan an in-home check? They must be sure the house is safe for the animal and it can't get hurt by anything. Don't hide anything. Animals have rights, and rights, to a safe home is important.
