Victoria's Secret is owned by Limited Brands. I would guess the card would be accepted at stores owned by Limited Brands. The link below is their website.

Why would you be able to use a Victoria's Secret credit card at any other store besides Victoria's Secret?

They are issued by World financial network bank. they are not to hard to get approved for. They pull experian. If your score is over 600 and you dont have any major baddies on your report, you have a good chance. If you do not have any credit, you might get a secured card that reports and wait a few months to build up your score. You might also try capital one, they help people build credit and do not rip you off like everyone else. Go to the website below and it an help you build credit but also they have a credit pulls section that tells you who they pull (credit bureau) and what score ranges they are approving.

Steven F is correct, you may use that card at other affiliated stores. I use my VS card at Bath and Body Works.
