I used to be a nanny for their son, and so I got very close to all of them. But, they still are my previous employers, so "love" is a little awkward. It's just an informal letter saying hello. Thank you!

"Best wishes" is nice. Or even just "best." Not too mushy, but warmer than something like "regards."

I sometimes just put my name down, without a closing. Using "Sincerely," is also okay.

If you feel it, say it. If not, then 'Warmest Regards', 'Best Wishes', or just signing your name without a closing thought is fine.
