This is highly unlikely and wouldn't be safe. In all my clients, I have never seen it. The safe rule of thumb is about two pounds per week, which gets you to ten by wedding date. There are several things you can do to help you lose weight.

That's a tough weight to make. If you went all out in your diet and exercise, it would be technically possible, but rather unlikely, and rather unsafe. If you want to go for it though, you might think about trying The Movie Star Diet. I lost 50 pounds with it after only five months, and I couldn't be happier. I've tried a lot of different diets (Atkins, South Beach, and Weight Watchers, etc.) and none of them worked anywhere near as well as this one. It's definitely worth a shot if you really want to see a difference in a short time.

A low carb diet with about an hour of exercise a day should do the trick. Running is the fastest way to loose weight. A low car diet meaning no sugars, no alcohol, no breads, no pasta's. You can only eat meats, cheese, some fruit, some veggies, only water, teas or diet pop. This should work and it is somewhat safe. At least safer than starving yourself or going on a crash diet. I lost 15lbs in 2weeks on it. Good luck.

make an office snack box of your own so you re not tempted by your colleagues candy bowl fill it with small individually packaged portions of soy chips almonds and dried fruit
