how can i stop musterbating?

i usually musterbate i.e both in day and night time. i even wakeup and find my self doing it. i mostly can't sleep if i don't musterbate so i think i'm addicted and i wanted to stop it. the other problem is whatever my boyfriend did i can't get orgasm. so please help me.

Honestly. You need to pray. Serious. Pray and fast so that it can go away from you. Get you and your boyfriend to church so that you can both learn other ways to be set free.
