If you just have alot of built up tension in your shoulder and neck, what can you do to relieve it, and keep it down to a minimal, instead of alot of tension to where it hurts...

Try reducing your stress, which is the cause of your tension. Try eliminating those things that cause your stress, or at least minimalizing the causes. To help cope with the stress you cannot eliminate, you should try your favorite form of exercise. It is great at reducing stress and good for you too.

Stand up, roll sholders back & forth.
Stretch your arms. Breath deep. Take a walk.
Roll your neck in a circular motion.
If at home, take a hot bath.
Last resort go to chiropractor.
