I think it's ok until it starts to grow out, this is way too prickly to lay your cheek on. Try waxing instead, hairs don't come back as fast and you won't have that gruff look when they do.

Shaving leaves your chest kinda ruff, try waxing.

its fine no problem carry on shaving ur chest but don't pluck ur eyebrows unless ur gay or model
