Ice it down allot and warm it up by bending and stretching before any type of exercises or prolong moving around. Good Luck.

It would be best to find out the cause of the pain before attempting to treat it. Have you injured your knee or did the pain come on gradually? See your GP, s/he will refer you for an xray and possibly physiotherapy. If you take any anti-inflammatory painkillers for it, make sure you take them with food as they can cause stomach upset.

Exercise and aspirin. Wear warmer clothes in the pants area. But careful with the aspirin,,,, too much can cause liver damage.

try voltarol from any pharmacy. its a rub that cools the joint down and soothes it. exercise and milk also help too

remove your kneecaps! kidding, I suffer from the same thing and xray show wear and tear so i have to live with it and its not pleasant at times during damp weather
