the filipinos are the best 9-ball players out there and id say the best ever has to be the magician efren bata reyes but theres also 2 other legends of 9-ball from philippines francisco django bustamante and jose parica but 100% efren is the best ever

If you're talking about ranking and consistent success, you'd have to give it to Johnny Archer. He's always at or near the top of the heap. 9-ball is definitely Johnny's game. Of the older generation Luther Lassiter was quite good, but Johnny is in a league of his own. M.D.-BCA Instructor/Referee.
