my friend has hair on her neck
i told her she should wax them
instead of plucking them

If you have a Sally's beauty supply store near you or something similar, you can get some there. Gigi wax is good. Just get the little tub of wax that you microwave and some wax strips. It will hurt like he** on her neck though. If you're helping her, make sure to pull the skin tight before you pull of the wax strip and then rub your hand over the area as soon as you pull it off. I really wouldn't recommend waxing a neck (unless it's the back of the neck) because the skin is so sensitive. Good luck!

Try a roll on wax kit. It is a handheld wax dispenser that uses cartridges and they’re really easy to use and clean.
