Well, the muscle mass you have there is what you need based on your current level of activity. I'm not sure this is practical, but you could try doing less. Or just lose weight and you'll lose both fat and some muscle mass.

I'm assuming you're a woman and you think that muscles are gross or something. IMHO a being fit and muscular could only make you look better. Enjoy -- a lot of people would love to have your "problem".
