I used to work out for 4 monts and i have now really big muscle shape non definded and i want to cut it down to 50percent of it .I want to do that on my traps and biceps so can you give me some advice .
I havent been working out for 4 months but i steel cant see any results. I want to know if working out abs and legs on empty stomach can do the thing if not what and what is the time needed for seeng any results.
