I used to work out for 4 monts and i have now really big muscle shape non definded and i want to cut it down to 50percent of it .I want to do that on my traps and biceps so can you give me some advice .
I havent been working out for 4 months but i steel cant see any results. I want to know if working out abs and legs on empty stomach can do the thing if not what and what is the time needed for seeng any results.

You're going to have to treat it like weight loss.... so you'll have to diet as well as exercise in order to cut down on your mass. If you are going to do this, consult a nutritionist or some professional to make sure that you are doing it in a healthy way.
