I think that you should wipe the poo up with the animal, then lick it off of the animal, then do a little jig. The dog will understand this traditional dance, and no longer pee or poo inside the dwelling.

Maybe you could take your puppy out more often. Also when your puppy is inside keep an eye on her always, never let her out of your sight. That way you will know when she has to go potty. I suggest getting a crate. It's a great potty training tool. Don't ever punish your puppy for going potty in the house, she won't know why she is being punished. Besides it's your fault you didn't take her out in time. I have a 5 month old Jack Russell puppy who I still don't trust completely in the house. I hope this helps!

You can't punish her.
Three things to remember:
Dogs at any age only have a memory span of about...oh say 3 minutes. So unless you CATCH her in the act of pottying on your carpet/floor, you can't scold her. If you do, she'll be confused, and possibly wet on the floor even more.
Dogs can wait to go to the bathroom about 1 hour per month of life, so in your case 2 hours is pretty good.
Patience, Patience, Patience!! Remember that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar!
I also agree that you should get a crate. Dogs are less likely (not absolute, but less likely) to potty where they sleep. Make sure that it's not too big, otherwise she'll sleep on one side, and poop on the other!

You shouldn't scold a dog unless you catch them doing something wrong. They wont understand otherwise. When you take her out and she goes you can let her run around inside for a while while you are watching her. When you cant watch her she needs to be in a crate. It works really well. They need to go so often when they are this young. Immediately after eating, drinking and playing. Also when they first wake up.

You cant punish her if you don't catch her, she wont know what you are yelling for... you are doing well taking her out often and I hope that you are giving her positive reinforcement when she does her thing outside! Good luck, I would go online and look at some websites suggesting tricks and giving guidelines

You are not supposed to punish a puppy for going in the house whether you catch them or not. Remember, it is a learning process for them. If you don't see them do it, just quietly clean up the mess. If you see them start going, you are supposed to make a loud noise, like clapping your hands, to startle them. Scoop them up and take them outside to finish and when they do, you reward them for going outside. Again, do not punish the dog for going inside whether you see them do it or not. If you tell them "No!" they will get confused and think that you are telling them "No" to going to the bathroom.

And leave her outside until you SEE she's done all her buisness this requires you to stay out with her.
Also try taking her out every hour. She's still very small and has'nt got that much control over such things yet.
And no don't punish her. She's trying hard since you don't find it all over on a daily basis.Just watch her better. She'll let you know when she has to go.

We had this exact same problem with our min pin puppy about 3 months ago.
If you find the droppings you are suppose to take the dog back over to them kind of pull his/her face towards it and yell no. Our trainer also suggested bringing the dog back to the droppings putting their face in it and then giving them some sour spray. I would just spray some on my finger and put it in our dog's mouth. I don't hit our dog - I'm not saying a pat on the butt is bad- I just rely on the sour spray and it helped dramatically.

you cant, they have no clue as to what they did after the fact...
Put her in an area where she can't just go all over the place..keep her limited to just a small area....but not in a crate..the crate should be for when you are not home, not for pottying...
patience...9 weeks is a bit young......
also...time her food...give it to her the same time every day and watch what time she poos....it's like clockwork..
good luck....
