I feel fat although i know i should not as i am only a size 6 Uk sizing.
I weigh 95 pounds approx but everytime i look at myself all i see is fat and uglyiness. Any tips on how i can improve myself?

If you are only 95 pounds and you think you are overweight. I think that you definetely have an issue that you need to deal with. I am not trying to be cruel. But I think you need professional help. 95 pounds is very light. YOu did not say how tall you are, however, 95 is still very light. You are not fat at that weight. And if you think you are ugly leads me to believe that there are other issues that you are dealing with. God made you into his image. Everyone is beautiful in their own way and so are you. Please seek a professional that you can trust and talk to.

well, I am certain you have seen all of your remarks...*smiles* First of all, I am sorry that you feel that you are overweight...it seems to be a fad in our society to think that beauty is measured in weight and not by the soul..... 95 pounds is a low weight, and yes I to recommend seeing someone to talk about why you feel the way you do...No matter what we may say it is up to you to make the change, and yet if you do not take the step in being able to identify why you feel the way you do, then this is only words...No amount of :
You are not fat
You are fine
You are talented and gifted
You are beautiful in your image
is going to work now is it? *smiles* I actually thought it would help...But...those words will not mean anything unless you believe it....

No. Stay the way you are. Drink more. Smile more. Be a little rude from time to time. It will make you feel better. Try it and see for yourself. Eat a few more salads a week but don't cut out the pizza or wings. These go good with a few beers. The really annoying girl that you may work with that gets on your nerves by teasing you about your apearance or giving you dirty looks from time to time... send her a box of coal or other items at your discretion with the return address listed as her closest loved one. Believe me, it feels great to ruin someone's day to make yourself feel better from time to time. Make friends with the annoying girl's friends and systematically alienate her from her circle of friends. This will make you feel better and improve your life. Don't focus on the negative, only the positive and you will one day no longer have oculorectosis. (Eye muscles connected to sphincter muscles that give you a s***ty outlook on life.)

Ok, a size 6 UK is about a size 2 in the US. You're not fat. In fact you're actually slim but not too skinny to the point of looking anorexic. And please don't become anorexic or bulemic to become thinner because I promise you that you are already slim. You could try strength training if you want to become more toned though.

I can see u have a very low self esteem. U shud learn to appreciate urself no matter the circumstances. am too thin and sometimes wish 2 be fatter but i cant do nothin. i know ur pretty so luv urself.

Just be proud of yourself. If i were only 95 Lbs i would be much happier. Dont lose any more weight cause you will get very ill if you do. Good Luck

Wow....I'm not going to be like the 50 million girls telling u go to the doctor, your anorexic....blah blah blah. If you seriously feel fat excercise and eat healthly......really I will tell u 95 is not fat....but make sure if u lose weight it is the healthy way.

You don't need to improve yourself, you need to improve your thinking. You didn't give your height but you sound very thin, so if you can't get past this, seek counseling. As far as ugly goes, "ugly is as ugly does" (this may be Forest Gump's quote, but it's so true). Beauty really is on the inside.

You really need to talk to someone (other than the people here at yahoo). This could really develop into a serious problem (that's if it hasn't already). If you really are a ballet dancer you should think about talking to your coach about your feelings and your situation. Good luck.
