How should i "Do" her? easy slow, since its been a while. Fast and rough so she loves it and realized how much she been missing out? or anything else you recomend.

Honey, there are women who haven't had it even longer than that.....I should know....start out slow and ease into it. You don't want to overwhelm her, but she'll be so ready, she'll probably jump YOU. good luck.

Uh, I didn't do it in four years until this July.
If you go too rough, she will get bruised - like I did. Just gentle - not TOO slow - at first...then once you are past that, you can get rough.

If that is the only reason why you are than your doing it for the wrong reasons. A women who hasnt had it in that long will fall inlove with you. So if your ready to settle down than go for it, but dont hurt her if your only going to use her, when she could save it for some one who really wants to be with her
