from a chartered accountant vat is 17 .5%, therefore the vat element is expressed as a fraction 17.5/117.5. = 14.8936% this is the 0.149 you have been told. In easy fractions, vat = 7/47 of the gross and the net = 40/47 of the gross.

NO it's just a figure that would work out to reduce the 17.5% vat tax from the any total sum ...
A vat on a £ 1.00 at 17.5% will be £0.17.5 pence so the total is £1.17.5 p ..but to take away the vat from £1.17.5 p
is not the same as just taking out the 017.5 p ..to leave you a £1.00 .. it is done your way .and it leaves a different sum ... it's just a working out figure..that's all
don't read anything else in to it..,..
If the vat% changes another figure will be found to make life easy to minus that vat %

a million +a million=?. we can use some algebraic equations with a delicate touch of boolean. we can replace the ? with a nil. if we pass the only to different area a million=0-a million . yet this suggests we ought to discover 2 numbers that provide one and nil. using the and gate a million and a million = 0 using the Xor gate a million + a million = 0. so the numbers we can use are a million and a million in tis case we can substitute the 0 to a million and upload the better one to the equation so the challenge will become a million=a million+a million+a million if we pass the 1st a million to the different area it is going to become a ? lower back ?+a million=a million+a million then ?+a million=2 what do you upload to a million to make 2. This once you get the calculator (clinical calculator) type in a million+a million-a million/2 (sq. root - sin(2) = then click instruct as graph and have been y intercepts x is the huge type you want a million.987310. Then divided this huge type via cos(2) which = a million in accordance this the respond is 32

The amt. before vat + vat = 19.20
vat is 17.5% or .175
x + .175x = 19.20
1.175x = 19.20
x = 19.20 / 1.17500 = 16.34

Well VAT is 17.5%, if I'm not mistaken and that makes £3.36 off £19.20 so I dunno where 0.149 comes from.
