There's a chapter that very interesting in Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky in which Jesus gets arrested by a high level cardinal. There discourse is reason alone to read the book. Of course what's being spoken against is the Catholicism of a couple hundred years ago, so not all of it would be applicable today, but still has some interesting points.

The pope will fall to knees and prepare to be judged. You see all these people kissing the popes hand and his feet and bowing down to him.Ladies and gentlemen,do not bow to anyone but Jesus. He is the only true messiah, and he alone is the only one that can save you from a devil's hell.

I do not know but I hope he doesn't start telling God all about who should or should not be allowed in Heaven. Especially after he has changed so much of what God said and added saints. I thought all of that was God's job.Oh well maybe they can reach a deal or soomething.

When I repented and was baptized by being fully emerged in water, I should have also followed Jesus' teachings. I should have also not prayed to the virgin mary or any other idol out there.

He will not say a thing, but he will ask the rocks to cover him and hide him from both the glory of God and from the Lamb.
