Usually you can feel the turbulence more in the rear of the plane.

Sitting in the back of place stinks, no matter what. In some planes, the restrooms are there, in others you're next to an engine. It's never fun, hard to sleep, and always smells bad. I'm not sure if the turbulance is worse - but the flight is!

Not more turbulence, but more movement. Over the wing has less movement caused by flight control correction to keep straight and level. The farther away from the wing, the more movement.
