Yes, I am aware that "Chicken Soup for the Soul" is a published periodical; but obviously some of you aren't aware that this company now makes food for pets, & I am only interested in hearing from those that are informed about the quality, or lack thereof, of the ingredients. Therefore, if you don't know then obviously you can not answer the question. And if you don't know, then just admit that to youself, and don't try to answer it; but if you still feel that you must try to make an obvious failed attempt at humor, sarcasm, or ignorant insults, then you really have too much time on your hands, and I will report you.

Hi there...CSPLS is a one of many premium brands of cat food that is healthy for cats. Ideally the healthiest of the cat foods will be high in animal meat protein (generally anything over 28% of crude protein) and is devoid of any corn, corn meal or similar as well as byproducts.

Well, well, well. Interesting comments. Yes, it is a cat food and I have used it for my cats. They did not particularly like it and that really doesn't matter. Since I haven't had it in a while I don't know what the ingredients are and I am very fussy about such things and wouldn't have used it at all if it were like Purina or Science Diet.

I think it is one of the least expensive of the better dry cat foods. You could also look into Natural Balance, Eagle Pack, Solid Gold etc which I am more current on. It's best to use a variety of the good brands anyway. So you can throw in another brand once in a while even if you pay another $1.00 for a bag.

N, it's a wonderful book that's a collection of true stories. It has stories from vets, famous people and everyday people that tell of companionship, love, and even saying good-bye to their beloved animals. There's also Chicken Soup for the Cat Lover's Soul. It's a good read, too.
