Lighten up people. This country has become sooooo serious about the children that it's no longer fun to be a kid! What kind of answer is "Be a parent and tell your kid that a cow can't produce strawberry milk"? Obviously the teacher meant it as a joke and is expecting a joke answer.

Say something like "Eating strawberries cannot produce strawberry milk. Only pink cows can produce strawberry milk."

Seriously, though, cows don't produce strawberry milk, factories do, and most of the time, no strawberries are involved.

Strawberry flavoring is added at the dairy after the cow has produced the milk. Cows are used eating grass and grains and are not fed fruit as a staple. I don't believe that even if they ate strawberries that it would change the flavor of their milk.
