cuz im trying to get into u of h (university of houston) i have a scholoarship of 2,700 and my special actvivty is that i work in a daycare at my school . and my g.p.a is 2.27 and i havnt took my SAT yet .

oh and i have a job , im a senoir and i have 22.5 credits and i only need like 1.5 to graduate and right now im takin 6 classes but 1 doesnt , count towards my credit

4.0 is an A, 3.0 is a B, so 2.27 is just above a C average. There's nothing wrong with a C average...unless you're trying to get an academic scholarship or get into a world-class school like Harvard or Yale.
If the courses you took are very hard (like Calculus or Advanced Russian), that will help to compensate for a low GPA. So would a high class ranking (top 5% of your class) or a really good SAT score.
